Mô tả công việc
• Drive and implement regional digital marketing initiatives to improve traffic, engagement, sales and customer retention;
• Plan, develop, implement and optimize paid media always-on and campaign ads in Vietnam to achieve relevant digital KPI aligned with business targets;
• Perform daily optimization of campaigns, budget allocation, bid management, ad creative and landing page testing;
• Create reports with data obtained for regular updates on content performance;
• Provide creative input on content and viral marketing strategies;
• Plan, build, execute and report on email acquisition and blast campaigns;
• Collaborate with local community managers in the execution of social campaigns, tactical sales and community engagement where necessary.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• A minimum of 1 year's experience in digital marketing
• Good understanding of performance marketing (SEM, Paid Social and Display), conversion and online customer acquisition;
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred;
• Good experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is preferred;
• Basic understanding of HTML is a plus;
• Ability to multi-task and deliver quality results within tight timelines;
• A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required.
