Performance and Capacity Manager

We are looking for someone to bring our Operations economics to the next level.

# Performance Dashboards
▪ Define & prioritize the key business areas to be considered with a comprehensive performance dashboard.
▪ Define & improve the operations & systems used to generate effective performance dashboards.
▪ Define and provide more visibility of operational cost structure and
▪ Set a standard for designing dashboards, & the process of data validation/update.
▪ Regular reporting End to End operations performance on hourly/daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
▪ Provide deep-dive analysis and propose initiatives to improve performance or optimize cost.
▪ Participate, manage or lead strategic projects across functions.

# Performance Indicators
▪ Define, control and drive performance metrics across Ops departments: Customer Services, Supply Chain, Logistics.
▪ Ensure the application of the best performance analysis practices for the operations
▪ Drill down the analysis to define the exact root cause of any performance trend or performance gap.
▪ Apply a robust approach for forecasting results.
▪ Apply the best practices of statistical business performance techniques.

# Trends Monitoring
▪ Define & continually improve the process of data collection, data analysis & performance tracking
▪ Monitor business performance by building up the tools & capabilities of capturing business micro trends the earliest possible.
▪ Define & facilitate the support processes of decision making by providing the analysed business information to the right decision maker in a proactive manner.

# Operational cost control
▪ Develops adequate policies, procedures and processes for the Cost Control function to maintain efficient operational excellence.
▪ Reviews operation activities, project timeline and specifications, in order to prepare an accurate & comprehensive workable budget and cost control plan.
▪ Notifying Project managers any under- or over-run in project costs through a clear KPI of costs usage vs targets.
▪ Preparing cost trending & forecasting analysis for project costs and operational costs, communicating these to all related parties, highlighting concerns and heeds, recommending necessary measures, actions and methods
▪ Preparing regular reports (with different frequencies) and reviews of projects cost performance, providing all concerned parties with regular feedback and advice.
▪ Participating in weekly meetings for reviewing project progress and current cost position.
▪ Identifies & manages cost trend data & schedule impacts & brings to attention of Project Manager and Operation management teams.

# Capacity planning
▪ Analyse appropriate information and data in order to prepare schedules, plans and forecasts
▪ Create capacity plans which meet business targets and optimize warehouse efficiency and costs
▪ Assess existing capacity and draw up forecasts based on future plans for demand
▪ Analyse specifications and capacity and undertake appropriate calculations to estimate job requirements, in terms of labour, tools, materials and resources
▪ Continually monitor and review plans and make appropriate adjustments in the event of changes and unforeseen circumstances
▪ Review trends, research data and evaluate and prepare results
▪ Reconcile variances from original plans and maintain a view of actual against forecast projections
▪ Continually review ways in which to make improvements and make the capacity planning and warehouse process more efficient
▪ Utilise knowledge and research methods to drive best practice results

# New business opportunities
▪ Produce intelligence reports (obtain information from internal and external sources, assess the value and write reports and presentations to top management on that regard)
▪ Track market and industry trends.

NOTE: This position will work mainly at HCM Warehouse, Slot 1.4 - 1.5, M14 Street, Tân Bình Industrial park, Binh Hung Hoa Ward, Binh Tan District.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
▪ Strong in data analysis, analytical thinking and communication skills
▪ Ability to influence others at all levels in embracing the change
▪ Ability to relentlessly drive initiatives to achieve organization goals
▪ Ability to work in an environment that is fast paced, constantly changing and achieve innovative solutions
▪ Ability to successfully engage and lead individual and team discussions and meetings and presentation
▪ Cost orientation, Statistical Analysis, Business analysis, business performance management.
▪ Design of dashboards, monitoring & analyzing performance.
▪ Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership and ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision
▪ High level in Excel skills (data modelling, visualization, VBA). Knowing SQL is a plus
▪ Excellence communication skill with fluency in English and Vietnamese
▪ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
▪ Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO (Quality, HSE) is a plus.
▪ Experience in warehouse field is an added advantage
