Performance Analysis Senior Specialist

The Gallerie is PVA’s new and independent distribution channel, to be launched in 2nd Quarter 2019. The channel’s mission is to tap into the potentials of Urban customer segments by leveraging a new generation of young, dynamic and highly professional financial advisors, called Pru-Planners. Pru-Planners go through rigorous selection process, comprehensive learning & development program (Entrepreneurship Development Program). Pru-Planners will be developed to become Sales Director or Urban Director.
In order for the new model to run effectively, performance planning and analysis plays a vital part and is in charge by Performance Planning and Analysis Senior Officer.

The role of Performance Analysis Senior Specialist is responsible for planning, forecasting and analyzing performance of The Gallerie as a new distribution channel, including volume, cost, manpower, productivity, sales behavior and other relevant KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Business Performance Analysis:
- Collect sales records and trends to analyze, evaluate performance against sales target based on performance metrics, tools and dashboards to identify the channel issues and highlight areas of improvement.
- Analyze sales and performance records and interpret results of overall sales to make further data-driven decisions with the purpose of maximizing business performance.
- Conduct performance and sales team behavior analysis to support effective design of The Gallerie’s incentives and compensation.
- Breakout and assign monthly priority and products as well as sales quotas.
- Ensure all Cross-sell/ Up-sell/ Farming opportunities are optimized.
Data and Reporting Management:
- Collaborate with other team to manage and drive system data (sales, manpower, compensations, etc).
- Utilize data tools to produce relevant quarterly sales reports and other reports requested by management.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the Gallerie and other distribution channels.
Other tasks and projects as assigned by managers.

Educational background and professional experience
- University Degree, preferably in Finance/Economics and other related discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in Data Management/ Performance Analysis roles
- Relevant experience in Insurance, Banking and Finance
Competencies
- Developed analytical skills with ability to work effectively with data and numbers
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Ability to employ complex analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting of financial and other business information
