WHAT WE CAN OFFER
- 13th month salary, KPI Bonus;

- Working time: 9:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday);
WHAT YOU‘LL DO
- Work with line manager to setup of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), measure and track/ manage actual performance against approved targets;
- Collaborate with leadership team to develop a healthy leadership pipeline for the organization and succession plan for critical roles;
- Manage the implementation of all talent leadership and team planning processes, policies and procedures which includes but is not limited to: Succession planning, Talent & Ladership selection and assessment using various tools of 360-degree feedback, self-evaluation, etc. and leadership development planning;
- Proposes and manages the Individual Development Plan of Leaders;
- Lead the individual development planning processes for organization (operations/functional managers) (operations mid-managers and key site leaders);
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the L&D process led by Training Center by leading assigned projects, conducting research, analyzing programs, and providing critical feedback that helps solve team problems or improve the talent management & succession plan processes and practices.

ARE YOU OUR "FIT"?!
- Bachelor Degree;
- 3 years of Performance/ Talent management experience;
- Fluency in English;
- Essential to have strong analytical and communication skills, along with an ability to work with senior stakeholders against tight deadlines;
- Strong influencing and good people management skills;
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint;
