Mô tả công việc
1/ Provide the best Point of Sales Material:
• Plan for POSM demand and POSM production quantity both North & South as well as time line and get aligned with CPR/MKT/Sales.
• Manage POSM including budget, logistics, distribution and assortment by finding the most efficient solutions.
• Build pipeline and support plan, tracking effectiveness of execution for POSM/TOT activities to improve the investment efficiency.
• Continuously getting feedbacks from sales force and updating the quantity and quality of POSM/TOT.
• Deal with and manage all vendors/suppliers related to the responsibilities.
• Make sure suppliers provide right products as required.
2/ Build Visibility Strategy:
• Develop merchandising & visibility strategy for company portfolio across all channels both North & South.
• Build comprehensive insights from sales force and retailer with Visibility Programs.
• Evaluate & Tracking the effectiveness of Visibility Programs by channel to improve the investment efficiency.
• Continuously getting feedbacks from sales force and updating visibility strategies.
3/ Support Category and Channel Development:
• Collaborate with Perfect Store Category, CPR and MKT team to plan and product the point of sales material and build activities support by monthly, quarterly with time-line.
• Build specific display tools/ visibility plan by month, quarterly for REs: Wholes Sales, Retailers
4/ Officially Salesforce Communicator:
• Own the logistic and communicate process for officially publish to Sales Force
5/ Budget Management:
• Manage budget related to the above responsibilities, especially the biggest items: POSM production, Display Program.
• Budget planning, phasing, updating, and restructuring whenever required.
• Ensure budget use efficiency.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor of University, specialize in BA, Marketing, Economics, Business Management…
• 2-3 years of solid Trade Marketing and/or Sales experience.
• Have the understanding of Sales practice, Channel Development
• Have good knowledge at FMCG market
• Have good knowledge of POSM/TOT
• Expert in building up Perfect Store
• Good communication skill, problem-solving skill, Presentation skill.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Good at planning skills
• Quickly react with market situation
• 2-3 years of solid Trade Marketing and/or Sales experience.
• Have the understanding of Sales practice, Channel Development
