Pepperonis Marketing Staff

1. Marketing plan for Pepperonis Brand
2. Coordinate all Pepperonis' Social Media channels
3. Analysis and Reporting
4. Source and coordinate potential partners to expand business opportunities
5. Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team

1. Marketing plan for Pepperonis Brand
1.1. Prepare annual or quarterly Marketing Plan in conjunction with the Marketing Manager & Group Manager.
1.2. Define the Pepperoni’s Brand, identify and define the Brand position in the market and the target customers
1.3. Research markets and competitors in the North
1.4. Prepare reports on Brand performance and sales per request
1.5. Suggest promotions or actions to support increased sales

2. Coordinate all Pepperonis' Social Media channels
2.1. Coordinate all Pepperonis' Social Media channels; including but not limit to Facebook and Instagram, under the direct supervision of Digital Marketing Supervisor and Brand Manager
2.2. Source new Social Media opportunities for promotion of Pepperoni’s Brand.

3. Analysis and Reporting
3.1. Analyze revenue reports weekly, monthly and quarterly to suggest and create effective marketing campaigns
3.2. Track results of all marketing activities for the brand
3.3. Work closely with Chain of Command, including and restricted to: Operations Manager & Pepperoni’s Brand Managers to meet their requests and support the business
3.4. Follow, control and develop reports on the assigned and/or agreed budget for every campaign

4. Source and coordinate potential partners to expand business opportunities
4.1. Support sales team in order to drive revenue to Pepperonis outlets through functions, catering, etc...
4.2. Coordinate with potential partners to expand business opportunity
4.3. Contribute contacts to the AFG Database, CRM & ERP system for use across Brand and entire business

5. Coordinate with the all Marketing team and Departments
5.1. Coordinate with Marketing team re event management
5.2. Work closely with Customer Loyalty Department to increase customer database and improve customer loyalty
5.3. Work with Operation team and marketing team to improve customer satisfaction
5.4. Support sales team in order to drive revenue to Pepperonis outlets through functions, catering, etc...
5.5. Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to update new content for Pepperonis, especially promotions for that Brand
6. Others duties as required to support the Marketing Department
6.1. Undertake other duties from time to time as required by the Marketing Manager and/or Chain of Command.

1. Deep understanding and proficiency in digital marketing tools like Facebook, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Email Marketing
2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that attract, engage and delight customers
3. Minimum 3 years working in Marketing field with proven working experience
4. Have sales mindset or experience is preferable
5. Advanced English skills
