Lalamove HCMC is now seeking for an out-going, energetic and detail oriented individual to join our People Operations/HR team. If you want to be in a role that makes an impact on the business – this is the role for you! You will be responsible for hiring and retaining the best talent and providing all rounded support to the Vietnam office to ensure the smooth running of people related initiatives with a mindset to provide high-quality HR and Admin services. This role requires someone highly energetic with excellent administrative, organizational and IT skills.

What you'll do:

- Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of all HR records, systems, user guides and internal policies
- Recruit the best talents and complete a variety of employment letters (e.g. employment confirmations, bank letters, visa letters, promotions, salary reviews etc.)
- Editing & formatting job descriptions on all channels including company website, job boards, partner channels etc.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding process
- Manage employee engagement events such as team building and Christmas party as well as other regular and ad hoc events.
- Manage special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
- Manage in all-around office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, stationeries and pantry’s supplies etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

What we seek:

- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or HR management
- 4-6 years of HR and administration experience
- Self-driven candidate with experience working in a startup environment
- Multi-tasker with an ability to work with time-bound projects
- Passion for HR with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well organized
- Ability to exercise discretion at all times is essential
- Able to prioritize, work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must, interviews will be conducted in English
