Mô tả công việc

The ideal People Care Manager is an effective team collaborator and is committed to providing exceptional service every day.
You will supervise 1-2 members and supervise the key functions as below:

Compensation & Benefits
▪ Conduct market trend analysis for compensation and benefits.
▪ In charge of related C&B reports to different stakeholders.
▪ Analyse statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
▪ Conduct Annual Salary, allowances & benefit review to ensure market competitiveness.
▪ Coordinate participation in Salary & Benefit surveys on an annual basis.
▪ Manage year-end increment & bonus schemes, including computation of increments and bonuses for staff.
▪ Administer employee insurance schemes and benefits and works with broker to follow up on insurance renewal matters.

HR Services and Payroll
▪ Responsible for Payroll Vendor management to ensure consistent and timely delivery of HR Services across our Business Partnering model.
▪ Ensuring our compensation and benefits packages comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, such as minimum salaries and tax liabilities etc.
▪ Working with HR Partners and direct HRIS Exec in implementing change initiatives to improve processes and enhance service delivery excellence.
▪ Ensuring all service standards are managed and monitored consistently, taking the appropriate action when these service standards are not met.
▪ Support all payroll related matters and coordinating with outsourced vendor on payroll activities.
▪ Review and enhance payroll account reconciliations and work with Finance to maintain accurate account balances.

HRIS Support
▪ Assist in overseeing and supporting the operations of the key HR Information Systems.
▪ Work with regional HRIS on system implementation & support Users.
▪ Manage existing and new interfaces between our current HR system and other applications.
▪ Partner with HRBPs and functional HR managers to support e-initiatives that focused on continuous process improvements to create efficiencies and enhance employee experience.
▪ Maintain operational data integrity and prevent errors to ensure accuracy in HR data reporting.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

▪ 5 years of HR experience in C&B, including HR shared services management function in large-scale organization
▪ Good understanding of HR / payroll policies, process review, process design and systems
▪ Able to build/implement HR end-to-end processes, and ensure HR data accuracy
▪ General HR experience preferred
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
▪ Able to liaise with people of all levels and the maturity to build strong relationships
▪ Good problem-solving capabilities
▪ Able to liaise with different counterparts (internal and external)
▪ Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication skills
▪ Fluency in Vietnamese (native) and in English
▪ Highly energetic and self-motivated
