People & Culture Manager

JOB PURPOSE
1. Make sure our talents are happy in a positive way!
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment process.
3. Nurture and enforce our culture in Ho Chi Minh office.
4. Monitor and identify risks/opportunities to provide a best HR strategy for company.
5. Build and promote our learning culture through regular training activities.
6. Connect and promote GO1 Vietnam brand to talents.
7. Update and review HR policies to ensure that they are compliant with Vietnam laws.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
** People Champion
1. Collaborate with Hiring Manager to support and perform recruitment on request (Scanning, Interview, Onboarding).
2. Administrate GVN online profile: job seeker channels and social channels to build up an attractive portfolio to candidates.
3. Monitor, identify and quickly resolve attrition risk.
4. Responsible for providing real time and strategic employee relations, engagement and management through effective data analysis, stakeholder management and assessment using independent judgment.
5. Watch out and implement statutory change to keep company in the highest compliance in terms of labor law, social insurance law, and Trade Union
6. Work closely with management to implement HR policies, bonus assessment and Performance review
7. Coach, mentor and advise managers to demonstrate the desired behaviors and drive sustainable high performance and growth culture for the team.
8. Leverage company WoW (way of working) and processes to improve individual employee, group or organizational effectiveness.
9. Be the Point of contact (POC) for the employees and management on any HR related matters.
10. Support the transformation change management to the organization
11. Overview organizational budget on people

** Culture Champion
1. Champion and role model the GO1 culture and values. Monitor GO1 value and culture alignment for GVN office and implement strategies to strengthen it
2. Strengthen culture of learning and training by facilitating and supporting all training activities in GO1 Vietnam.
3. Create and conduct training whether applicable, including internal training program or cooperate with external training supplier.
4. Daily communicate with all team members to build a bridge of truth to company’s policies and directions.
5. Plan, manage and hold all internal & external events including team building and out-of-work activities.
