People & Culture Assistant (6-Month Contractor)

How will you deliver this position?

1. Talent Acquisition (50%)
- In charge end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, initital interview, coordinate 2nd/3rd interview with Hiring Manager
- Manage external & internal recruitment system/job boards: Avature, Vietnamworks, Career Builder, Linkedin
- Conduct recruitment report, ensure timely tracking and propose solutions for challenging vacancies
- Employer Branding: support the launch of new Employer Value Proposition (EVP) - to internal employees and external candidates. Initiate ideas/activities to launch EVP to external effectively, execute launch, and measure effectiveness.

2. Employee Engagement (20%)
- Support the ideation & execution of employee engagement events, in collaboration with different functions
- Manage the internal engagement mobile application to ensure smooth operations
- Support timely communication from P&C to employees using different channels

3. Capability Building (20%)
- Support the execution of several learning initiatives: learning platform set-up, in-class training, etc.
- Conduct report and tracking effectiveness of those initiatives

4. Others (10%): Ad-hoc support P&C Operations upon manager's request.

Who we are looking for?
- Fresh-graduate in Human Resources management, Business Administration who has career aspiration in developing people
- At least 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition, prefered on Sales & Marketing positions
- Action-oriented, fast learner, proactive and strong interpersonal skills
