• Prod Stations Layout, SOP, Control Plan, Jigs/Fixtures Mgt
• Test Plan, Process Control, Repairman Mgt & Training

• Graduated from college or above with the major of Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Mechanical... and having work experience
• Having 1-2 years working experiences is better or No experience, but willing to learn.
• Being good at 4 skills of writing, listening, speaking, reading
• Being good at computer knowledge and skills (MS Word, excel, Power point)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic English skills
• Confidentiality, initiative, reliability
• Carefulness, honesty and able to work under high pressure
• Be able to work in shift or OVERTIME.
