PCB Design Engineer

In this position, you will work with the team that develops Vinfast automotive electronic products, High-end automotive products. As a PCB design engineer, you will provide library, design guidance and design mix signals PCB. Use the techniques about SI, PI to reduce EMI, EMC in Automotive electrical modules. We are looking for an engineer who is enthusiastic, innovative, and passionate about the future of Vietnam automotive industry. Responsibilities:
1. Design and Verify :
 Work on the PCB design process and workflow.
 Create schematic symbols footprint for new components follow IPC standard, and maintain part numbers for PCB, PCBA, and design libraries in the Vinfast’s management system
 Work with design team, signal integrity, mechanical engineer.
 Design compact, multi-layer boards for highly space-constrained applications and high thermal dissipation by incorporating recent advances in board and substrate design and fabrication techniques follow IPC standard.
 Resolve material stack-up, DFM, and PCB fabrication issues
2. Build up the document:
 Perform the required design (Power Integrity and Signal Integrity) and conduct and document design reviews to meet strict product development schedules.
3. Support other Team:
 Support Test Engineers, Product Engineers based on understanding of the automatic test

 Experience 2-10 years in PCB layout design in the automotive industry
 Good knowledge in PCB layout design technics to suppress electronic noise.
 Good knowledge of electronic processes, DFM, DFT
 Strong knowledge in layout tools (Altium) Knowledge in high speed digital and mix-signal PCB design including CAD interface.
 Experience in high layer count multilayer boards and multi boards design.
 Understanding and ability to apply electrical engineering concepts and circuit solving skills.
 It is important the candidate have ability to communicate technical understandings and project status clearly.
 Ability to organize effectively, document work thoroughly, and follow required procedures and methodologies important.
