Payroll Team Lead

• Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to Payroll Team in Vietnam.
• Be accountable for meeting payroll targets and maintaining high quality level of service by managing the relationship with outsourced providers and managing in house payroll applications (if any).
• Be the subject matter expert of Vietnam Payroll and SHUI.
• Work with system payroll provider and IT Support to ensure the system is working as designed.
• Work with upstream teams (e.g WFA, HR Partners) to ensure any links to payroll are processed accurately and in time with appropriate cut-off.
• Be responsible for ensuring all tax, social security and 3rd party payments and reporting are made in a timely and accurate manner
• Be responsible for ensuring Vietnam payroll is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
• Lead the Audit and compliance for payroll controls.
• Lead Payroll impacting changes and initiatives for standardization and streamlining.

• Have University Degree or equivalent required.
• Have 3-5 years of working experiences towards Vietnam Payroll and SAP system (tax and SHUI).
• Have working experiences in a global organization and/or shared service organization.
• High operational excellence and ability to work under pressure.
• High computer literate of MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
• Strategic thinking, people management, leadership skills
• Excellent problem solving and judgment skills.
• Relationship Management to maximize stakeholder value
• Able to drive changes, multi-task and manage a fluctuating workload.
