Mô tả công việc
To oversee the Payroll functions for Hoiana Central Services of Hoi An South Development. This also includes managing the set up and operation of Payroll related SAP system, data input, integration with Workforce Management System and reporting in compliance with HR policies, practices and procedures and Vietnam labor and taxation law.
Control and manage monthly payroll, ensuring accurate, timely and smooth processing of salary calculation and payment, including all items of earning & deductions.
Prepares reports as required for CFO, identifying areas of overspend and opportunities to minimize costs.
Ensure wage and benefits surveys are completed on an annual basis. Provide updated information about compensation & benefit benchmark upon requested.
Ensure all Payroll policies and procedures are relevant and updated with related laws such as Labor on Trade Union, PIT, Insurance, etc.
Work with local labor authorities, divisional and regional officers on key government and community to process the regulated procedures, reports and issues.
Consult and advise any government affairs and legal issues related to payroll for the company as requested.
Uphold company’s policies, procedures, principles of responsibilities and applicable government and local laws related to labor.
Update any new and existing regulations & laws to the C&B teams, analyze the impacts and make proposal of actions.
Assist CFO and Human Resources as required in working with the governmental offices and legal issues.
Other tasks assigned by CFO.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Finance.
Extensive SAP Payroll knowledge is essential.
Hospitality industry and experience working in the Pre-Opening period is a plus but not essential.
Knowledgeable in local Vietnam labor law and payroll practices and policies for benefits and compensation.
Good connection & relations with local authorities of insurance & personal income tax.
Strong HR process and systems acumen.
Good data analytical experience.
Ability to communicate fluently in the English essential and Vietnamese.
Exceptional and professional communication & presentation skills, both oral and written.
Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
Extensive SAP Payroll knowledge is essential.
