60% Financial management and reporting
▪ Prepare monthly payroll, commission, PIT data in excel for final calculation as per
company policy & meet payment deadline
▪ Follow up employee advance & claim; staff allowances
▪ Other assignment from Payroll Manager & higher level.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
1/ Monthly salary/commission data for final calculation with number of mistake is less than
2 cases per month, impact less than 1% of total employee number or 20 employees which is
lower
2/ Monthly, quarterly, yearly PIT declarations and tax finalization are in order: correctly
with tax regulation and timely as required deadline
3/ Other reports: Payroll reconciliation, salary, commission, highlights increase/decrease,
unreasonable costs.
4/ Well managed all staff deductions: lesser than 2 cases missed or late deduction
10% Reconciliation
▪ Making reconciliation for payable accounts: PIT, SI & HI, accrued bonus, allowances in
accounting software
▪ Monthly PIT report
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
1/ Ensure correctness of staffing cost/ related payable accounts in accounting book of
whole group: under 8% of correct balance
2/ Improve Effect software better: within 15 days from the date discovered problem to
have software fixed
30% Administration and controlling
▪ Filing every related supporting documents;
▪ Improve Finance policy and procedure relating to payroll for better control

University degree specialized in Economy: accounting, statistic are preferable.
▪ Fresh up to 1 or 2 years experience in payroll process
▪ Interested in figures.
▪ Be careful in calculation.
▪ Experience in Financial accounting software
▪ Written and verbal English is essential
▪ Proven ability to meet deadlines
▪ Be flexible for working and extremely organized
▪ Ensure high level of confidentiality towards staff personal information, staff
compensation plan as well as company plan
▪ Fresh up to 1 or 2 years experience in payroll process
▪ Interested in figures.
