Mô tả công việc
- Prepare daily cash flow report
- Input document for import goods
- Put together cost of mold
- Follow and compare increase or decrease of tools and fixed assets between figures in fact with book-keeping
- Register tax code for employees and employees’ related person
- Print, arrange, save documents and book-keeping monthly
- Preparing and send Statistical report every month, quarter and year.
- Follow and ask other departments supply sale contracts to save
- Treasurer, Make daily cash vouchers
- Giữ quỹ, làm chứng từ thu chi hàng ngày
- Nhập kho hàng nhập khẩu,
- Tập hợp chi phí khuôn,
- Theo dõi tăng CCDC, TSCĐ và đối chiếu với sổ sách
- Đăng ký MST cho người lao động, và người phụ thuộc
- In, sắp xếp và đóng chứng từ kế toán hàng tháng
- Lập báo cáo thống kê mỗi tháng, quý và năm
- Theo dõi và yêu cầu các bộ phận liên quan cung cấp hợp đồng mua bán để lưu trữ

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Job Requirement
• Female
• B/A degree in Economics or accounting.
• At least 3 years working as Accountant and bookkeeping, Sales accounting
• Excellent skill of MS office and able to use accounting software
• Good at English communication is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and flexibly;
• Excellent team work skills;
- Nữ
- Tốt nghiệp cử nhân chuyên ngành kinh tế hoặc kế toán.
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong nghiệp vụ kế toán, công nợ, kế toán bán hàng
- Thành thạo MS office, phần mềm kế toán
- Ưu tiên giao tiếp tốt bằng Tiếng Anh
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và linh hoạt
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt
