Payable/receivable Accountant ( 3 Vacancies)

* Vacancy 1: Payable Accountant ( Short Term)

- Review and check payment request following to company policies and tax regularities.
- Enter and upload invoices into accounting system.
- Reviews and input expenses and payment into the accounting system, reconcile payable accounts based on each vendor.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits and compliance.
- Assist with other tasks as needed

* Vacancy 2: Receivable Accountant (Short Term)

- Check information on RECD before issuing debit notes and sales invoices
- Reviews and / or processes billing / invoicing and enters data into the accounting databases. Support to find and resolves accounts receivable issues.
- Reviews and input revenues and collections into the accounting system, reconcile receivable accounts based on each client.
- Check and send outstanding to BLs
- Check contracts received from business lines and file contracts.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits and compliance.
- Assist with month end closing
- Other duties may be assigned.

* Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Work full time within 6 months ( Short Term)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) regulations. Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

*Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
