Payable and Receivable Accountant

• Account Payable:
-Review invoices and payment requisitions from other department for payment approval
-Reconcile AP account with purchasing team and vendors
-Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and ensure the payment on time to vendors
-Maintains strong internal controls related to the payables function
-Provide information for use in determining cash flow requirements
-Doing Account payable aging and Account payable plan report for every week/month
• Account Receivable:
- Work with Sales and Operations on customer billing, issue the debit note and invoices to customers and control the outgoing invoices
- Ensures timely collections of receivables from customers and accurate, timely recording of money received
- Record of AR transaction based on invoice billings and other supporting documents
- Based on the incoming bank statement, record on time the collection transactions
- Regular reconciliation of receivables accounts with customers
- Making AR aging report and Account Receivable Reconciliation and AR collecting Plan for every week/month

-University graduated in Accounting/Finance/ Auditing
- From 2-3 years experience as AP and AR accountant is preferred
- Languages: can communicate/ read/ write Chinese or English
- Ability to work under time pressure and quick respond
- High integrity and acting with a high sense of responsibility for the job
- Good knowledge of computer (Misa, ERP, Quick book system, Excel, Pivot table …)
