Payable Accountant (Work in Vung Tau)

- Ensure all payments by bank and cash which must be complied with company policies, procedures and tax regulations.
- Forecast all payments.
- Prepare the breakdown for all accounts of balance sheet
- Monitor all inventory at location
- Implement and Monitor all cash payment must be input into Company bank account. Cross check all cost which must be complied with tax regulations and Company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all tax payments to be paid within deadline. Conduct tax finalizing.
- Creditors ageing analysis/control
- Checking & managing system invoices & physical invoices
- Assisting team to have timely & proper day to day accounting transactions
- Liaise with head office, auditor, bankers, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Preparing VAT, withholding tax report

- Male/Female, age from 26 - 35
- Bachelor in Economics University.
- At least 3-year working experience at Finance – Accounting Department, working at foreign company is preferable.
- Good command of English for 04 skills. Local people candidate is preferable.
- Competencies: Strategic, organized, Quality driven and persuasive
- Skills: Presentation, Analytical, Leadership and Problem solving, Good computer skills
- Characteristic: Patient, Pressure, Responsible and Trustworthy.
- Understand Vietnam regulations
- Knowledge in VAS and IFRS accounting system and tax regulations.
