Mô tả công việc
Accounts Payable :
• Accounts Payable transactions record, creditors reconciliation and Accounts Payable Ageing report on monthly basis
• VAT invoice details & related payment documents checking before payment process. Weekly cash forecast for payment. Preparation of weekly payment request for approval and payment orders for bank transfer. All as follows:
+Collect and check all invoices from suppliers
+Verify payment with all departments and confirm weekly payment list
+Making payment order via HSBC net with accurately
+Follow up process payment for all company contract
• All transactions record of company operating expenses related, analysis and cost saving support. Cost control support
• Ensure all accounts payable transactions sufficiently & accurately recorded in accounting system and supported with documentation
General Ledger:
• Review and ensure accurately for all transaction posted Journal include Payable, Accrual, and Expenses…
• Ensure accurately of all ledgers for preparation trial balance
Inventory analysis, creates and manage inventory control procedures to solve inventory issues
• Counting P&A, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock
• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
• Improving upon inventory management procedures
• Preparing documents for stock input and output
• Other responsibilities will be discussed during the interview
Other:
• Support in internal & external audits, tax inspection and other inspections as request
• Checking monthly sale commissions with other departments
• Monthly and suddendly cash count with cashier
• Closely working with Chief Accountant and other assignments by Finance Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Auditing/Finance
• Able to communicate in English (speaking, reading and writing)
• At least 1 year experience in Accounting jobs
