Mô tả công việc
- Collect VAT invoice, prepare payment vouchers for all suppliers.
- Collect money from sale, classify and record to appropriate accounts
- Check refund forms and process payments for students accordingly.
- Cash management
- Daily bank deposit when needed follows the Company’s rule.
- Check and process advance documents and clearance for all staffs.
- Verify the quantity and price of all items on purchase orders follow the approved price list from the Head of Department.
- Tangible assets, tools and equipment stock-take periodically.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2-3 years of experiences in the accounting role
- Microsoft Office skills (strong excel are required), Fast accounting software (Familiar).
- English skills – able to communicate.
- Honest, enthusiastic and responsible
- Vietnamese only
