• Process payable invoices
• Process service invoices
• Review all broker/warehouse invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Respond to all inquiries, Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Assist on Closing Process
• Assist with other projects as needed

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduate (Major in Accounting is a plus)
• 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in a commodity company is a plus.
• Perfect written/spoken English, and the language of the area of operation
