Mô tả công việc
REPORTING TO: General accountant
JOB DESCIPTION:
1. Arrange local payment process and record expenses, make sure all supporting documents are complied with current laws and internal policies.
2. Check vendor balances, review reconciliation and confirmation of vendor accounts every month, review and analyse AP Ageing report.
3. Inventory and CAPEX recording and reconciliation.
4. Plan cash flow and schedule appropriate the payment to make sure cash efficiency.
5. Prepare and complete the following monthly reports, make sure accurate, reliable and timely data:
+ Trial balance by objects of payable accounts
+ Inventory report
+ CAPEX report
6. Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant/ General Accountant from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. University graduate in Finance/Accounting/Economics
2. One year plus experience
3. Fluency in English
4. Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Careful and detailed manner
7. Willingness to work as part of the team
LOCATION: 44-46 No.1 Street, Binh Hung Ward, Binh Chanh District, HCMC
WORKING TIME: 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM; 5 days a week
