Payable accountant

The Payable Accountant is responsible for providing financial and accounts payable and related accounting support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
-Review invoices to ensure that all the information appearing on them is accurate and complete then post data entry to the system.
-Monitor accounts aging to ensure payments are up to date.
-Process transaction reports (aging, payment, etc.) after data entry.
-Instruct and follow up with buyers, vendor, contractor to take necessary actions to clear issue in accordance with contract term, law and regulations.
-Reconcile vendor statements and make corrections of discrepancies
-Process payment with banks

Qualification
- University graduation, major in Accounting and Finance
Experience
-Strong knowledge, with 2 to 3 years of accounts payable experience
-Good knowledge of general accounting procedures
-Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
-Proficient in data entry and management
Skills
-SAP/ERP knowledge is preferable
-English

Working place: Dai Tu, Thai Nguyen
Working time: 8am -5pm from Monday to Friday,
Meal allowance: 45,000 VND/working day.
