Thông Tin Tuyển Dụng
Mô tả công việc
1. To verify the payment request (CSR) before settle vendors (Domestic & Oversea);
2. To verify costing with tariff of customs clearance, trucking, air/sea freight,.. before settled (Domestic & Oversea);
3. To settle & posting payroll, insurance for staff, Tax,.. by internet banking;
4. To exchange money in internal bank to ensure enough for payment to vendors (Domestics & Oversea);
5. To following the closing balance AP SOA with vendors (Domestics & Oversea);
6. To quarterly confirm SOA with vendors for internal/external/tax audit purpose (Domestics & Oversea);
7. To submit payment list of Internet banking to FM/BM/MD before settled (Domestics & Oversea);
8. To post bank settlement transaction to ERP system after settled by internet banking;
9. To daily send the update received money list to concerning department;
10. To daily send the bank slip of payment to concerning department;
11. To monthly reconcile and close bank account with ERP system;
12. To quarterly calculate/post/reverse the revaluation for exchange rate of foreign currency;
13. To print out/filing & keep track the payment list with attached supporting document;
14. Fixed asset control
15. Other job assignment by FM

○ Problem solving skill
○ Communication skills in English - Level B
○ University / College degree
- Experience in ERP system
- Can work under high pressure
- Good at MS office, outlook
- Over 3 years experience at least in same position
- Experience in logistics or shipping is preferable
