Mô tả công việc
- Receive and check all payment documents daily from other Sections compliant with Vietnam regulations and company’s policy.
- Make vouchers, processing payment by bank to local vendors and related oversea companies.
- Contact and go to all banks relating to bank statement, documents, payment, guarantees.
- Hold accounts 111,112, 141,133, 331 (except 3311200-Oversea payable)
- Enter data to SAP accounting software.
- File accounting documents carefully.
- Support in Issuing inventories.
- Month-end, preparing break-down and reconciliation of all holding accounts and send to Managers
- MakeVAT input report on time.
- Other assignment if any.

- Education: University, major is Accounting/ Auditing/ Finance
- Language: English/ Vietnamese
- Trust, hard-working, carefulness and high responsibilities
- To be cooperative with other employees and all the members outside.
- Years of experience: 2 years
- Know SAP accounting systems.
