Mô tả công việc
- Payment instruction to bank
- Prepare all documents to proceed and monitor back loan for payment
- Manage and fill payment voucher and contract (supplier contract, loan agreement and others contract)
- Establish monthly bank reconciliation reports
- Control and ensure the accuracy and sufficiency of the legal documents related to accounting and financing such as commercial invoices, business contracts, custom documents, ect. Ensure approval prior to payment.
- Prepare payment vouchers and receipt vouchers of South and North, finish on 7th-8th monthly
- Monthly follow and proceed tax payments on time (include VAT, PIT, CIT, Withholding tax…)
- Keep accounts receivable data up to date
- Monitor overdue customer balances, issue payment reminder letter, contact debtors for payment
- Update all new accounting policies from government authorities and inform to relevant person/department

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor in accounting or finance
- Good computer skill
- Ability speak and write English
- At least 01 experience year at the same position
Salary and allowances:
- Salary: Negotiate (attractive)
- Working time: Mon to Fri, from 8AM to 5:15PM
- Yearly bonus: 1 => 3 months of salary
- Yearly travelling: Domestic or Oversea
- Healthcare insurance
- Other policies: according to Government regulation
- Good computer skill
- Ability speak and write English
- At least 01 experience year at the same position
