Job Description
Prepare cash payment vouchers
Issue Bank transaction forms and cheques (prepare bank payment online)
Enter bank credit and debit advice into Fast accounting system.
Prepare Daily Cash in Bank report.
Check and prepare payments, request red invoices from suppliers, enter data into Fast system.
Check documents for suppliers are complete in order to process payment.
Prepare weekly Receivable Report
Prepare weekly payables plan.
Check payment request from overseas suppliers.
Follow, prepare documents for bank in order to settle overseas payments.
Prepare documents for quarterly VAT refund.
Other works as BOM and Chief Accountant request.

-Candidate can start immediately
- Education: Bachelor
- Experience : above 2 years
- Gender: Male/Female
Preferred Language Vietnamese and fluent English.
