Payable Accountant

1) Verify all Invoices and supporting documents for expenses, for supplier.
2) Ensure absolute compliance with statutory tax regulations, Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), SPVB policies on accounting, financial reporting, and other internal control requirements.
3) Ensure all accounting entries either AP invoices or GL manual should be timely & properly accrued/estimated when GRN or services received or accepted to reflect the accounting matching principle.
4) Ensure that company’s invoices are precisely administered.
5) Down payments, Prepayment, Deposits, Advance to Employees/ Supplier follow up.
6) Monitoring credit limits and reconciling outstanding balance.
7) Reconcile accounts payable transaction.
8) Tracking expenses and accrual.
9) Provide reporting on vendors balances/confirmation as well as various on-demand Accounts Payable research needs.
10) Assist with other project or duties as assigned to support department as needed.

- University graduated with background in Accounting, Auditing, Finance.
- Software experience is preferred.
- Carefully, patient & good team-work skill.
- Well-organized ability.
- Ability to follow standard filing procedures.
- Detail oriented, reliable, and professional attitude.
