Mô tả công việc
- Receive, verify purchase invoices and payment requests
- Prepare all payments for approval in HSBCnet
- Posting all purchase invoices and payment vouchers to Navision system
- Correspond with vendors and respond to their inquiries
- Reconcile all account payables, Intercompany balances and bank accounts at month-end
- Contact point with banks
- Prepare VAT input report monthly
Location: Finance and Accounting Department of Head office (HCMC)
Directly report to Finance Manager
- Prepare all payments for approval in HSBCnet

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in College/University of Finance/Accounting or relevant
- 1- 2 year working experience with the same position
- Problem solving and organizational abilities
- Work under pressure
- Communication skills
- MS ability (Excel is a must)
- Good English skills
