Payable Accountant (08 Months)

Take responsibility to:
- Review invoices and check requests.
- Sort and match invoices and check requests.
- Prepare batches of invoices for data entry.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers.
- Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues.
- Update standard costs in the bill of materials.
- Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies.
- Compiles and records statistical information.
- Prepare analysis of accounts.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
- Produce monthly Purchase Price Variance reports.
- Assist in month end closing.
- Assist in WCM activities.

The requirements for selection:
1. Academic Qualifications: College/Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Professional Qualifications: Passed F5 or/and F7 ACCA is preferred.
3. Working background:
- Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures.
- Proficient in data entry and management.
- At least 01 year working experience in accounting/finance, or at least 03 years experience in industrial engineering
- Ability to work well under team.
- Ability to work and perform job responsibilities in a timely manner in order to meet scheduled deadlines.
- Knowledge of computer accounting methods, data processing practices and procedures.
- Ability to perform occasional overtime.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and honesty.
- Ability to learn new job-related concepts, rules and procedures.
- Patiently and highly adaptable with multi-cultural working environment.
5. Other skills
- Good spoken & written skills in English & Vietnamese.
- Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment with a working knowledge and the ability to use personal computers and standard word processing programs, including Microsoft Excel. Experience in iScala (ERP), SAP will be a definite advantage.
* Willing to daily travel to working place at Tien Son - Bac Ninh (pick up by Company bus)
