Patterns Maker

• Produce quality patterns for samples and bulk based on buyer’s requirements
• Develops Original pattern based on sketch design and IO file information
• Checks buyer’s original pattern, sample, IO file workmanship and specifications
• Evaluates, computes fabric shrinkage for pattern adjustment
• Digitizes, makes rule table for pattern grading and alteration
• Prepares marker, interlining and finish pattern for PPS
• Determines the best layout of pattern pieces to minimize waste of material and mark fabric for the development and production of samples.
• Attends meetings and consultations related to the development and production of fittings for samples; Work also with sample room related to construction based off patterns.
• Keeps and maintains a library of patterns and records of sample comments.
• Provides feedback on work related matters

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Textile and Garment Technology, and its equivalence
• With at least 3-5 years working experience in related capacity and preferably with manufacturing industry and business set up exposure
• At least 5 years of working experience in apparel working with Woven, Knits and performance fabric.
• In depth knowledgeable in pattern making, measurements and fit.
• A computer literate with the proficient use of Gerber AccuMark Pattern Design software and Lectra Software is required.
• Good command of written & spoken Vietnamese (preferred) and English (required)
