- Supporting the Sample Room to develop standard methods for new production techniques.
- Working with clients and provide solutions for improve fitting and quality through pattern-related adjustments.
- Developing new net patterns based on customer requirements, quality, production efficiency and materials
- Utilization.
- Making changes to the patterns basing on clients’ feedback
- Approving sample fitting before they are submitted to client to make sure re the fitting with client requirements.
- Working with Clients Specification and meet them if necessary
- Creating the pattern plan on sample and bulk production
- Needs to ensure patterns are made in line with quality and timeline requirements.
- Creating high quality patterns including sample development, first sample, fit sample and PP sample
- Making necessary changes to the net patterns basing on clients feedback for approval
- Training Pattern Technicians to equip them with sufficient expertise in making cut patterns.
- Auditing cut patterns produced by the pattern technicians to ensure the requirements, quality, manufacturability and materials utilization of the cut patterns.
- Reviewing with CSP, Sewing, QA and MM to make sure patterns produced satisfy relevant quality standards
- Customer Feedback: review customer feedback and discuss with customer
- Communicating with the pattern organization SOP to Pattern Technicians and hold Pattern Technicians

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 8 years in Garment field with 4 years at supervisory or managerial level
- Solid Pattern making technical expertise and Garment fitting skills
- English written
