Pattern Cutter

o Make and review paper patterns to ensure customer requirements are met
o Review samples to ensure that they meet product specifications
o Provide technical advice and support to customers, factories, merchandisers and QA team
o Review and approve samples to ensure that they meet product specifications
o Provide technical advice and support to factories, customers, merchandising team and technical team
o Provide technical control to factories and merchandising team
o Review and explain paper patterns to pattern makers
o Check overall measurements based on fit comments for complex or new styles
o Fit samples on dummies or live models and make comments on overall style, workmanship, etc
o Identify and provide solutions on fitting issues that might impact sample development
o Identify and resolve issues regarding sample workmanship and measurements, etc
o Review samples such as style, construction, workmanship, quality, measurement
o Compare samples with paper patterns and recommend alterations required/alter paper patterns to achieve better fit
o Develop detailed assembly and test procedures according to corporate standards
o Provide written feedback on inefficient or design related issues in a team environment
o Perform other duties as assigned by management

o Have experience in Garments about 05 years.
o Amending and grading pattern on Gerber software.
o Goods : Womenswears, Menswears, Kidswears.
o Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
o Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
o Strong problem solving skills
o Able to manage multiple tasks environment
o Excellent command of written and spoken English.
