Mô tả công việc
***Purpose of Job:
Responsible for create/develop pattern, Pattern grading and Fabric/Elastic consumptions
***Main Duties:
1. Create basic pattern according received tech pack and measurement chart.
2. Develop basic pattern for fit approval.
3. Grade patterns according to grading rules.
4. Calculate fabric/Elastic consumption.
5. Pattern alternation according to Fit/Pilot comments.
6. Provide pattern related documents for both sampling and production. (Spec, mini markers, cutting specs, spreading sheet and pattern discrepancy report)
7. Make measurements chart and How to Measure.
8. Manage and maintain T&A/critical path for sample approval.

***Minimum Requirements:
- Education:Possess sound technical knowledge with a Textile Degree/Diploma from a recognized institute.
- Level of Using Foreign language: Fluent in Speaking & writing English
- Computer knowledge: CAD/CAM system (Lectra, Winda) Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,
- Having knowledge of: Able to make pattern of Bra, Brief, T-Shirt, Legging, Men’s underwear, CAD/CAM system (Winda), A sound understanding of sewing, read and understanding tech pack and customer comments.
- Essential skills: Problem solving, innovative thinking, communication skills, execution excellence.
***Other requirements:
- Number of experience year: Five years of similar capacity.
- Personality: Enthusiasm, open minded, team work.
- Working style: Active and characteristic
