Passenger Sales Agent

The basic function of the Passenger Sales Agent is to plan, develop and promote the sale of passenger traffic of all assigned accounts to meet revenue targets within a prescribed budget. It is a B2B and B2C customer-facing role.

Candidates are expected to:
- Plan, drive and grow direct passenger and corporate sales using sales levers such as internal and external data and market intelligence, sales calls, sales planning, pricing, promotional campaigns, travel agencies and corporate accounts
- Liaise with key counterparts from Singapore Airlines’ Head Office, Vietnam Office, travel agencies, Corporate Travel Managers, TMCs, corporate accounts to achieve objectives
- Manage the profile and performance of assigned accounts through Salesforce and other reporting tools
- Keep up-to-date on sales knowledge and represent SIA in trade communications
- Complete any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Sales & Marketing and/or the State Manager

Key Performance Indicators will include:
- Meeting annual passenger revenue, uplift and market share targets
- Sourcing for and executing new business opportunities while keeping existing business relationships warm

- Degree from a reputable university
- Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese, able to articulate and present ideas well to different stakeholders of all levels
- Strong analytical skills
- Outgoing personality, driven, resourceful and creative in seeking business opportunities
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to changes
- Exhibit good teamwork
- Excellent time management skill, able to work independently
- Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel; experience in Business Objects, Salesforce, Travelport Airline Insight a plus
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply, 2-3 years’ direct sales experience a plus
