Parts Warehouse In Charge

SUMMARY OF POSITION ~ to manage the all the activities related to Parts Warehouse in Can Tho & Nationally appointed Parts Stores, in collaboration with service team functionally and administratively to meet the business objectives agreed for the period of time in a highly compliance & cost effective manner.

Job Responsibilities (EN)
Ordering spare parts from Suppliers in domestic and overseas.
1. Calculating the landed price.
2. Calculating retail price.
3. Stock in, save documents
4. Stock out management
5. Inventory management
6. Monthly stock taking CT & Other Parts Stores
7. Arranging goods in the warehouse & Parts stores on periodic basis
8. Making inventory report on Monthly Basis
9. Inventory Analysis for increasing revenue in parts

ROLE ESSENTIALS
• Good at using Parts online System
• Experience in managing spare parts Inventory
• Bachelors or Graduate degree-in Technical discipline
• Highly Compliant to Processes & company policies
• Pro-active planning skills
• Good communication skills ~ basic spoken and written English is desirable
• Result and deadline-oriented; persistent with a keen ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail in composing, editing, and publishing materials
• Team building and management –treating people with dignity & respect
• Willingness to travel to provinces ( Parts Stores) on periodic basis
• Computer literacy is must on word, excel, power point & Outlook

ROLE DESIRABLES
• 6 years of experience in managing Parts Function
• Experience in dealing with the cross functional teams like Sales and Service

REPORTING STRUCTURE ~ Reporting to Service Manager, TIVCL.

- 13th salary.
- In accordance with Company Policy
- Company trip
