Mô tả công việc
§ Responsible for sourcing, identifying and evaluating commercial and partnership opportunities with clear success matrix
§ Responsible for managing and maintaining strategic partnership
§ Assist in setting up the Partnership team including defining Segmentation, Strategy and Partnership Plan
§ Assist in executing the business building block of Group Retail through the Blueprint phase and beyond
§ Assist to approach, propose, negotiate and close deals with partners pursue in line with overall strategy
§ Coordinate and plan execution across multiple functional teams to meet deadlines and add value to partners and organization
§ Monitor performance of commercial activities with partners using key metrics and report to senior management
§ Track, evaluate initiatives and suggest improvements for each collaboration
§ Work closely with multiple functional teams (e.g., supply chain, marketing, operation, finance v.v.) to deliver committed services

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Required experiences
▪ 3 year + in managing partnerships in technology or FMCG industries with experience in complex strategic partnerships building and managing those relationships; Experience in ecosystem partnership management is a plus
▪ Good understanding of FMCG industry is preferred but not necessary
▪ Experience in managing partnership, contract negotiation commercial negotiation
▪ Demonstrated successful record to manage cross-functional projects through initial alignment to completion
▪ A clear track record of leadership in accomplishing cross-functional initiatives
Individual Skills
▪ Strong project management skills to manage and govern multiple projects
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
▪ Ability to think strategically with supporting analytical and problem-solving skills, including the
ability to deal with ambiguity
▪ Proactiveness and ability to work under pressure
▪ Good knowledge of English language and of Microsoft Office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
▪ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or analytic driven degree. MBA is plus

▪ High energy and passionate individual who are enthusiastic for new retails and its opportunities
▪ Self starter, rapid learner who thrives in fast-space environment
▪ Flexible mindset with ability to act as an agent of change and be always willing to learn
