Mô tả công việc
*Department: Admissions
*Reports To: Head of Admissions
*Job Purpose
• Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results
• Building creative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for the business
*Working Relationships
• Internal: SUV staffs
• External: SUV students and customers
*Corporate sales:
• Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification and classification
• Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches on the unique benefits of Speak Up Vietnam method and services
• Understanding the client requirements and collaborate with other parts of the organization to ensure the client requirements are met or exceeded
• Utilizing Group synergies to optimize partnership opportunities and finding linkages across companies and products to increase sales and partnership value
• Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing corporate clients
• Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
• Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
*Partnership marketing:
• Maintaining and developing relationship with potential partners to explore joint marketing activities
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing initiatives through events organization and other innovative approaches to facilitate leads generation activities, build brand awareness and other relevant activities

Yêu cầu ứng viên
*Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or any other related filed. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable
*Experience, Skills and Competences
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills, dynamic, outgoing with demonstrated ability to develop new corporate relationship as well as maintaining existing relationships
• Possess the ability to understand client’s needs and present solutions through deep product understanding
• Entrepreneurial and innovative in problem-solving within the product and corporate guidelines
• A strong team player who is able to collaborate and work in a fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrated track-record in individual initiative and leading teams to deliver results
• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
• Past success with a similar role in education and/or services-related products
• Strong ability to communicate and present in both English and Vietnamese
*Language : Good communication English
*Computer: Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint, Excel)
