Mô tả công việc
- Own and develop FE CREDIT’s partnering model from strategy to execution
- Evangelize FE CREDIT’s products and solutions and educate FE CREDIT’s Partners on new areas of opportunities in collaboration with FE CREDIT’s
- Provide insight and recommendations on the opportunity to leverage the right partners to drive newer solutions through the channel business working in close alignment with the alliances and partners
- Cultivate relationships with key partner & alliance technical stakeholders
- Participate in account planning and opportunity funnel management with partners; work with partner sales management to help formulate sales strategies and align appropriate technical resources
- Build a consistent process to drive enablement, product updates, technical training and collaterals for the partners to ensure execution effectiveness.
- Build alignment and momentum with partners by developing solutions and go-to-market programs.
- Build revenue generation and strategic partnership development and management.
- Colaborate with other MKT unit and company’s departments and of partner programs including, but not limited to, lead generation, partner sales enablement, co-marketing, event participation, partner training, product integration oversight, and marketplace management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from university specialized in Business/ Communication/ Finance or related majors.
• Having a master's degree preferred, or other equivalent qualifications or certificates is a plus
• Min. 10 years of working experience in Alliances and Partnership fields
• Strong expertise in relationship management with track record of building an alliances portfolio
• Proven record of having existence relationship within medical/ hospital field is a plus
• Financial services experience and business knowledge are a plus
• Demonstrable experience in manage C-level relationship
• Having knowledge about macroeconomics, banking industry, strategic direction, development orientation of FEC.
• Ability to present and convince
• Ability to communicate, especially with C level and management level
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Good presentation skills with an eye for the art
• Professional demeanour
• Personal quality:
o Honest, reliable, confidential.
o Flexible and cooperative.
o Accurate, specific and devoted work.
• Language requirements: Vietnamese – native, English – advanced
• Computer Skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
