Mô tả công việc
• Oversee the distribution support function for partnership distribution channel
• Manage and oversee contest preparation and management along with account heads
• Oversee PD budget management including compensation, contest, partner and all departmental spend
• Develop, implement and manage MIS/Business intelligence reporting to support channel performance tracking and decision making
• Support account heads in all account related activity including but not limited to: partnership event planning, steering committee and weekly/monthly meeting agenda, implementation of new partnership activities such as new product launches, training needs, new business model implementation, digital/IT, etc
• Organize and manage all PD department events internally and externally: sales trips/events, kick-off, etc
• Communicate with to keep our partners up-to-date of the company changes/initiatives so as to meet the business needs for PD
• Work collaboratively with all departments, particularly with OPS/IT, Marketing, Distribution Administration, Finance and Legal/Compliance to strengthen PD and deliver PD agenda
• Be helpful but not necessary to be involved in business development work including valuation, partner management and preparation of presentations to potential/existing partners
Staff Management
• Supervise, build and coach a team to deliver all activities listed above.
Others
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University / College graduate plus minimum 5 years - relevant experience in insurance industry
• Strong project management skills
• Service-oriented mindset particularly facing our partners and our internal sales team
• High proficiency in written/spoken English
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
