We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Partnership Director with a background in B2B or financial services area to grow and scale up our SME Lending business in Vietnam through effective partnership strategies. The role will report to Chief Business Officer.

(*). Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the relationships with large corporates to introduce supplier financing products to their suppliers chain.
• Develop the strategic partnerships to distribute the relevant unsecured lending products to compaie in their eco system network including customers, suppliers, distributors that are relevant for the company.
• Drive results from conversion of partnerships with suitable approach and cooperation with necessary internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact.
• In conjunction with Chief Business Officer and management team of the company to conceptualise new partnership initiatives and execute to deliver the business objective, scale and result.
• Develop and manage necessary events to support partnership conversion.
• Identify, approach and analyse the success factors of partnerships across sectors to have effective partnership strategy for the company.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders to set up and implement agreed plans to deliver results.
• Keep abreast of local regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge and experience in SME lending or closely related area would be a preference.

• Business or Commerce Degree.
• Excellent command of Vietnamese and English copywriting and editing skills.
• Strong partnership background and experiences (5-10 years experience) in relevant industries and areas (large corporates, finance, banking, fintech, digital…).
• Strong communication and presentation skills both speaking and writing.
• Must be enthusiastic, well organised and adapt to change.
• Familiar with start up environment and desire to success and overcome challenge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and confident working independently.
• Hard working, passion to win, desire to success and overcome challenge.
