Partnership Development Manager/ Senior Manager

1. New Partners Development, Liaison and Communication
− Seek for Banks and Partners in exclusive partnership.
− Initiate and manage existing and potential strategic Relationship with Banks and Partners…
− Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel at the Bank and Partners;
− Identify, approach and establish partnership with potential Partners;
− Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations;
− Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through marketing initiatives.

2. Project Management
− Participate key projects working across various departments across the company with primarily responsibility for getting Partnership Distribution business models developed from concept to practical solutions implemented within the business;
− Responsibility for developing a project plan, obtaining approvals as necessary for key projects;
− Co-ordination, communication and management of key stakeholders to execute projects effectively;
− Management of project budgets, risks and issues; report if seeing any potential risks occurs.
− Co-ordination of reporting on key company wide projects, identification of any issues and escalation to senior management as necessary.

3. Key initiatives/ projects support
− Work with cross-function project team on key initiatives to ensure efficient execution of strategic initiatives;
− Co-ordinate weekly reporting on Strategic projects;
− Review weekly KPI data and perform trend analyses on the data as maybe required from time to time;
− Explore the opportunity and assess the feasibility/ cost-benefits. Seek approval and buy-in from management;
− Build trust and rapport with relevant stakeholders;
− Assist in preparing feasibility/ approval request as required;
− Monitor and report the progress of key strategic initiatives on a regular basis.

4. Others
− Conduct ad-hoc researches or analyses when required;
− To be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any).

− At least 5 years of experience in partnership or project management related to Finance, Banking, Investment, Insurance industries.
− Good knowledge about banking industry in Vietnam
− Sharp strategic thinking and business acumen
− Project Management skills
− Interpersonal and negotiation skills
− Good teamwork and independence
− Experience in managing business risks, investment risks
− Priority for candidates who communicate in English fluently (both written and spoken)
− Having experience in Life Insurance is an advantage
− Mandatory: University Graduate
