Part Specialist/ Nhân Viên Kho Phụ Tùng

* Key Responsibilities:
• Plans and schedules vehicle parts room activities, including analysing and establishing parts procurement procedures, records, reports, and other data associated with operating the parts section
• Report status of Import - Export - Inventory to Service Manager monthly.
• Advise customer or Service Advisor on receipt of back-ordered parts;
• Handle customer request promptly and make sure of proper parts selection.
• Ensures deliveries are promptly received and notifies internal or external customers accordingly
• Accurately complete entry and relief of sales from inventory.
• Report items that are slowly rotating or show poor quality.
• Ensure 100% of goods are delivered according to process, check quantity & ensure correct category;
• Coordinate with Service Advisor in daily work, inform price, quantity & order time.
• Responsible for managing spare parts warehouse in terms of quantity and quality.
• Searching, exploiting & taking care of customers who want to buy spare parts;
• Understands that the customer is the source of all revenue and should be treated with utmost respect;
• Maintain and use an up-to-date catalogue and price book.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintains current knowledge base in automotive parts and with changes in computer systems for automotive parts
• Attend full courses organized by Brands & Company.
• Maintains parts storage area in a clean and well-organized fashion.
• Coordinate with Accounting Department to perform periodic inventory.

• Graduated college or above in automotive technology/related subjects;
• Good English;
• Communicate well, be active, honest and enthusiastic in the work, be organized and arrange the work scientifically;
• Two years automotive parts experience;
• Strong computer and internet skills (multiple platforms);
• Fast learner & able to work under pressure;
