Part & Service Supervisor

● Effectively manage the activities of the parts and the service department. Ensure the consistent delivery of the quality and type of service to meet or exceed customer needs.

● Spare Part management
Create items/register and set price for new spare parts.
Inspect on all parts returned from ASCs to avoid fraud and wrong warranty claims.
Packaging the defective parts to send to factory for verification.
Support in parts forecast and inventory management.
Support in spare part borrow and return.
Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels.
Implement and control the stripping and proper placement of all used spares.
Ensure that the work environment is neat, well organized and as clean as possible .
Ensure the physical security of all used parts to prevent theft and losses.
Assist Manager with attaining retail sales and profitability plans in Parts and Accessories.

● CNBLSD Stock Management
Create an effective plan to assemble spare part across CNBLSD products.
Make sure CNBLSD stock are at minimized level.

● Returned Products Classification
Verify and classify returned products (to location OPEN/ GRADED/ CNBLSD/ SCRAP)

● Incoming Product Testing
Preforms random test on incoming shipment to ensure that both customer and dealer specifications are being met and company quality standards are followed.
Report on product quality in a timely manner.
Internally update new products package/ images/ information to CS Team.

● Others
Additional responsibilities outside of standard job responsibilities: other tasks assigned.

● Education: Bachelor's degree technical education and/or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

● Technical skills:
Management and organization.
Skills to use a personal computer and various software packages (Exact/JDE).
Interpersonal skill.
Business understanding.

● Preferred Career Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience and Stock management

● Soft Competencies:
Well-developed analytical skills.
Excellent time management skills.
