Mô tả công việc
• Draft and review contracts relating to the Company’s operation, participate in and provide advice in contract negotiation and execution;
• Advise to management team on relevant legal issues;
• Prepare regulatory reports to management team;
• Research study and analyze current and new legal documents, anticipating future development trends and putting forward recommendations;
• Assist to Legal Manager to set up and maintain the legal filing system of contracts and other legal documents;
• Coordinate with other law firm and consultant to facilitate Company;
• Report daily work to Legal Manager;
• Other duties as and when assigned by Legal Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2 years experiences in the same position
- Having experience in applying laws, rules, regulations and/or policies and procedures
Knowledge and Skills
- Having knowledge in legal process and procedures, civil and commercial laws
- Having knowledge in telecommunications regulations is advantage.
- Strong project management and project co-ordination skills
- Good negotiation skills.
Language
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (Verbal & Writing)
- At least 2 years experiences in the same position
