Mô tả công việc
• Translating and reviewing the translation of documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
• Conducting legal research on relevant regulations with respect to corporate and financial matters.
• Drafting client notes and internal legal updates.
• Drafting correspondences and legal documents as requested by lawyers.
• Reviewing and analyzing documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with government authorities in support of client work.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from a Vietnamese Law Faculty
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Native Vietnamese language skills
• Business-level English language skills, speak and write English fluently.
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Enjoy working as part of a team and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills
