Our strength is in developing and delivering complex chips using the latest technology which keeps our professional skills at the cutting edge. eSilicon Vietnam is looking for final-year students for Paid Semiconductor Engineering Internship Program in Danang and Hochiminh city.
Job benefits:
- Allowance paid in internship period (including the internship allowance of 3,400,000VND/month and meal allowance of 600,000VND/month)
- Work with and learn from dedicated and senior Engineers for,
o Training program and/or
o Capstone Projects
Training topics/phases:
Analog Internship Training Program (Hochiminh City)
Introduction - General overview of Analog Mixed Signal design – all focus areas will be described:
- Design environment, Linux, Perl, CShell
- Analog Introduction
- CMOS circuit and layout/fabrication process, FINFET introduction
- CMOS physical effects: System, Random and Gradient factors
- CMOS realibility: EMIR, ESD, Lactchup
PHASE 2: Deep training
- Layout/Schematic design tool flow (Synopsys)
- Layout verification flow (Calibre, ICV)
- Trial layout with engineer supervisor to practice the tools and theory
- CMOS physical effects: System, Random and Gradient factors
PHASE 3: Hands-on project
- Independent or team assignment for a small project to complete the layout for a real complex design block under the supervision of eSilicon engineers
- Practice layout all techniques, considerations
- Illustrate layout effects: Parasitic, LDE
- Electro-migration, Voltage drop (EMIR) effect
- Design verifications for manufacture, reliability (DRC, ANT, Density, DFM)
- Design review and feedbacks.
IP Internship Training Program (Danang and Hochiminh City)
- Linux and Programing languages
- CMOS Theory
- Simulator
- Customer Design Tool and Basic study on CMOS devices
- Memory Design Basic
- Designing circuit seminar

- Final-year students, majoring in Electronics, Telecommunication, Mechatronics, Automation…
- Full-time working for maximum 5 months (8 hours/day and 5 days/week)
- Good English skills
- GPA from 7/10 pts
- Passion of technical field, especially semiconductor industry
- Eager to learn and adapt with new technology
- Good teamwork spirit and working attitude
