1. Summary:
+ Reports to TNC Manager
+ Work venue: My Phuoc Plant, Ben Cat Dist., Binh Duong Province, Vietnam
+ Additional support: Transportation provided for you when be invited for an interview at the factory
Some key responsibility for this position as following:
+ Tool and manufacturing technology, forming engineering technology
+ Forming, sealing mold and dieline development and validation
+ New Pkg mold maker qualification
+ New Pkg material and technology Innovation
+ New blister product and mold design 2D/3D
+ Product and mold drawing/ Pkg die-line 2D/3D management
+ Coordinate with mold maker & equipment team fix issues related with mold design/ mold development
+ CI to fix the issue related to new material/ new Pkg technology
+ Focus on innovation to develop incremental, disruptive product and sustainability
+ Lead technology transfer from external to internal for relate project
+ APM : Common blister development, code date on backer card

Yêu cầu ứng viên
+ Graduated from Technology University (Prefer Mechanics object)
+ Experience with Pro-E, solidworks, Unigraphics, time accounting software, Google Suite, AutoCAD, NX, ability to use packing machines and other power mobile equipment
+ Have experience in mold development
+ Experience on Agile project management
+ Knowledge/experience of development new and sustainability material and machine technology
+ Good at English
Competencies and Skill:
+ Design and innovation in design and process
+ Understands and integrates appropriate project management tools and processes
+ Applies/obtains the necessary requisite subject master expertise (SME)
+ Take initiative and Effects change and monitors progress
+ Solid work and structure in design and data management
+ Work independence in decision-making for mold design
+ Smoothly communication internal and external
+ Well collaboration and teamwork
