Mô tả công việc
Purpose of job: Work with Project Manager in World Headquarter to develop and produce new packaging with key suppliers in the spirit of what the brand is aiming to achieve while ensuring the quality standards OIA enforces are also achieved.
• Check graphic files against RFQ (Request For Quotation) and clarify any questions with Project Manager.
• Recommend best fit local supplier based on experience and brand goals for project.
• Develop and work with new supplier partners to meet OIA standards.
• Work with suppliers to create development sample for Brand approval.
• Inspect sample to make sure it meets specification before sending to OIA HQ.
• Communicate daily updates with Project Management team.
• Leverage system and tools for communication and supplier management.
• Provide support to Project Manager/Account Manager to create packaging or artwork development by suggesting the design of packaging material as per budget.
• Collaboration with costing and sourcing team.
• Communicate with global team new technology and developments within region related to any packaging OIA produce, or may produce in the future.
• Coordinate testing for PRSL (Packaging Restricted Substance List) as required. Report on results to Project Manager.
• Coordinate testing and establish MCS (Material Control Sheet) upon approval of sample for project. Provide approved sample and MCS to QC team for Mass Production.
• Attend meetings and perform other duties as required by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor in packaging industry or equivalent.
• At least 3 year- experience with packaging project management / sales and new business development including a comprehensive understanding of global packaging design and development.
• Capable of writing presentations and proposals.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-Point.
• Fluency in English is a must.
